DENNIS PAUL
PHOTOGRAPHIC SHIELD
This shield, now named in memory of Dennis Paul, a long-standing Board Member and serial winner of this award, is normally contested and awarded during the AGM Rally. Each entrant must submit two photographic prints, maximum size A4 (210 x 297 mm). These can be mounted together if you wish and a caption can be added. The photos will be judged by the Ralliers, as a pair. At least one photo has to have been taken during an Auto-Trail rally, though not necessarily on the rally field. Entries are limited to one per member (not per van). You can enter this competition, even if you do not attend the AGM Rally, by sending your entries to the rally stewards or to John Cleave at 207 Leigh Road, Wimborne BH21 2BU. TOP RALLIER TROPHY
This trophy has been kindly donated by Alan and Margaret Stewart, and is presented at the AGM to the member who has attended the most Auto-Trail Owners' Club rallies during the previous calendar year*. It will be necessary to spend a minimum of two nights on each site to qualify.
*Rally attendance figures are compiled by the Statitics Coordinator
from rally stewards’ returns.

SPECIAL PLAQUES
FELLOWSHIP PLAQUES
Fellowship plaques are awarded to members who have attended at least 12 Auto-Trail Owners' Club rallies* during the previous calendar year.
When you have attended 100 rallies (or 200, 300, 400 etc!) you will be entitled to a special rally plaque to celebrate the occasion. Please indicate on your rally booking slip if you have reached one of these magic figures.
*Rally attendance figures are compiled by the Rally Coordinator from rally stewards’ returns.
TEN, TWENTY AND TWENTY-FIVE YEAR PLAQUES
Members who have completed ten or twenty years in the club will be written to by the Membership Secretary to ask whether they would like to receive a special plaque commemorating their years of membership.
RALLY STEWARDS' AWARD
We give an award to stewards who have run 25 or more rallies. Without our hardworking band of volunteer stewards, the rest of us would not have the opportunity to meet as a club and share friendship and experiences.
This trophy is to recognise the enormous contribution that our rally stewards make: it is not based on length of service, but on stewardship for the benefit of others.
