MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Members’ Guarantee

I / we hereby undertake to contribute such amount or amounts as may be required (the total not to exceed £5 per member) to the Club’s assets if it should be wound up while we are a Member, or within one year after the end of the year in which we cease to be a Member, for payment of the Club’s debts and liabilities contracted before we ceased to be a Member, and of the costs, charges and expenses of entering into receivership, and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves. The Guarantee money will NOT be required unless called for by a liquidator, please do NOT send any guarantee money with your application.

GDPR

The Club will hold this information on its database and use it for the Club’s purposes only, in line with the Club’s GDPR Privacy Policy. This basically states that your personal information will only be used to enable the Club to function and will only be made available to those officers who need it to carry out their Club duties and who have signed the Club’s GDPR register.



Agreement

I / We agree to abide by the Memorandum, The Articles of Association, the Club Rules, Code of Practice, GDPR Policies and other documentation and amendments as passed at any AGM or Committee meetings.
