Following the recent tragedy in London the Board of Directors decided to make a donation from club funds of £250 to the Grenfell Relief Fund.

David Wort

It is with great sadness we have to advise members of the passing of Mary Skuce on Tuesday27th June. Mary and loving husband Gordon, (who passed away only a few weeks ago) were two of the longest standing members of the club and will be sadly missed by all who knew them.

Our condolences go to their family.

Dear Joyce ,

Thank you for your sympathy card and kind words following the passing of my wife Jean on May 12th. Her passing was totally unexpected and I had spoken to Jean in the nursing home the day before I travelled down to the factory rally.
I would also like to thank Glen for his help in leaving the camping area and the sympathy he showed to myself and son & daughter who had travelled down from the north East to inform me of Jean's passing .
I hope in the near future to thank you all personally .
Yours Sincerely
David Angus.

It is with great sadness that we have to advise members that Jim (Jimbo) Blyth, "The Old Goat", passed away on Monday 12th June.

May we send all of Jim's family, our sincere condolences, and our thoughts are with you at this sad time.

Jim was a long standing member of ATOC and an active volunteer working with ACCEO as well as being Chairman of another Motorhome Club.

It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Elaine Balsom on Friday 26th May after a short illness.

Our condolances go to husband Dave and their family.

CHARITY ITEMS

Charity Donations

Our club along with the Auto-Trail Factory employees raise money at the annual factory rally. We both choose in alternate years which charities we wish to donate monies to.

The club is not in a postion to support or donate to members individual charities.  We are happy to advertise any event a member may be attempting to raise monies for their chosen charity.

To advertise your charity event, just email all the details to atoc.web@gmail.com and your appeal for donations/sponsorship will be posted on this website.

Good luck to everyone raising money for needy causes!

The Annual Factory Rally (2015) raised £900 from members. The funds were divided equally to 3 worthy charities, Macmillan Cancer Support, CLIC Sargent and Yorkshire Air Amblulance. Their 'Thank you' letters are shown below.       Thank you to everybody who attended the rally for your donations (Tombola ticket sales).
