We are sorry to announce that Marlene Lambell from the Isle of Wight passed away the morning of 24th December.

Our condolences with partner Lee and their family.

A Tribute page has been set up at

If anyone would like to light a candle, leave a message or make a donation of any kind to the Mountbatten Hospice who looked after Marlene and myself with unquestionable excellence.

Marlene`s funeral was held on the 17th January

We are sorry to advise that Peter Watts passed away on the 22nd December.

Peter and wife Helen have been long standing members of the club and attended many club rallies receiving the Top Rallier award in the past. Peter had a long and very tough battle but never let his illness stop him doing what he wanted. He will be missed by all the friends made on the rally field.

Our condolences go to Helen and their family.

The funeral was held on the 10th January

I would like to thank all the members who sent me kind messages and cards on the sad loss of my husband Peter. I would also like to thank those members who were able to travel to the crematorium and wake on Friday 10th January and to all the members and friends in Spain who gathered to raise a glass to Peter on Friday.
It was Peters wish for donations to be sent to Cancer Research (Bloodwise), and along with the kind donation from the Auto-Trail Owners' club, I am able to send them a cheque for £260.
I am hoping to drive the motorhome and remain in the club, so I hope to see a lot of you in 2020.

Kind regards

Donations from the club

A donation of £200 was also made to Brace

BRACE fund vital research that creates scientific progress and real hope for the future - earlier diagnosis, more effective treatments and, one day, a cure.

               Thank you for your support.

                 Together we will defeat dementia.

Charity Donations

Our club along with the Auto-Trail Factory employees raise money at the annual factory rally. We both choose in alternate years which charities we wish to donate monies to.

The club is not in a postion to support or donate to members individual charities.  We are happy to advertise any event a member may be attempting to raise monies for their chosen charity.

To advertise your charity event, just email all the details to and your appeal for donations/sponsorship will be posted on this website.

Good luck to everyone raising money for needy causes!
