Message from the Rally Coordinators

If not listed in the updates, rallies still have spaces.

These will be rallies (Jim!), but not as we know them! There will be no whole group gatherings, but up to 6 persons will be able to get together OUTSIDE their motorhomes, with social distancing being observed. Other restrictions may be applied, to be notified to attendees by the stewards.

It is stressed that no-one is compelled to attend a rally they have booked and that anyone who attends does so completely at their own risk. Should anyone booked feel unwell before attending, they should not attend and inform the rally steward. If someone feels unwell while on a rally, they should inform the steward and leave for home immediately, seeking a test as soon as possible.

Deposits / payments made to Stewards for cancelled ATOC rallies will be refundable. If you paid by cheque, the cheque is unlikely to have been cashed. If you require your cheque to be returned, you will need to send SAE to the rally steward, otherwise the cheque will be destroyed.

If a rally is still going ahead but you are unwilling / unable to attend, please inform the steward as soon as possible, as your place may be able to be filled from a waiting list.

Evening Entertainment

Unfortunately, due to restrictions caused by COVID-19, there will not be the entertainment originally advertised at this year's event. The COVID-19 pandemic and the current restrictions make it impossible to deliver the much-loved entertainment aspect of the show.

On-site Clubhouse

As restrictions have eased slightly, we can bring you a clubhouse set up in the Epic building, open Friday and Saturday evening, hosting a live singer each night. We will also look to set up a seating area outside the Epic building. There will be a bar and food area available.

Warners will be contacting all those booked

Can you host a rally?

Of course you can!

It's easy and very rewarding.

We hold a database of over 400 sites where the club has rallied in the past. We have had some great rallies in good locations with many rallies running on to another rally within a reasonable distance.

Cornwall is an excellent example, runs of 3/4/5 rallies have been held in the past with Tavistock, Newquay, Falmouth, St Ives, Bude to name a few.

Other areas where we have enjoyed rallies are Bridgnorth, Oswestry, Worcester, Coventry, Stratford.

Wales is another area where we have had great rallies, Chepstow, Sully, Monmouth, and Dan Y Ogof (Show caves)

If you are tempted even to consider hosting a rally for club members please contact us any time for a chat and we will try to answer any questions or concerns you have about hosting rallies.

We look forward to receiving your call soon!
