Boat trip from L'île d'Oléron (Boyardville) cruising past the Fort Boyard, to the Île-
d'Aix. Free time on the I’le de Aix to enjoy lunch and a stroll before returning by boat
to the L'île d'Oléron.
Evening meal in the town of Chateau d’Oleron (restaurant TBA) (appx 15/20 minutes walk)
Royan 9th June, 4 nights
Steam train excursion: Join the train at the town of Le Tremblade and travel through the countryside to the town of Saujon. Free time for a wander and a spot of lunch
before returning by coach to the campsite.

Puy du Fou Aire (to be paid locally) 13th June, 3 nights
3 day passes to the Grand Parc and Cinéscénie provided.
Puy du Fou is France's best kept secret, if you have never heard of this incredable place before please visit https://www.puydufou.com/fr (The club held a similar rally a couple of years ago and following demand by members to repeat the rally it is being run again. Members said the highlight of the entire trip was the Puy du Fou visit. It's amazing!)

Proposed Rally to Greece – September – October 2020 (35 nights)

Start Date: Monday, 7th September

This will be a leisurely paced rally, with plenty of time to explore independently or just relax. Events additional to the itinerary will be organised en-route, participation optional. The exact start date is subject to change within a few days. Travel, Calais to Igoumenitsa, is at ralliers’ expense. Ferry from Brindisi or Bari, Italy, suggested.

All mileages given for the journeys are approximate.
Calais to Brindisi by the most direct route, including use of toll roads – 1260 miles (to Bari is slightly shorter).
Calais to Brindisi using toll free roads in France and toll roads in Italy – 1430 miles (to Bari is slightly shorter).
Rally route using inexpensive toll roads where available – 750 miles.

Please note: Alan Rogers and the Caravan and Motorhome Club have not visited or inspected any campsites included in the itinerary. John & Sally, where possible, have done some research and looked at reviews.
Guide Price, based on 2 adults sharing a pitch with electricity including pre-organised excursions: £1,200 – £1,300
Most of the campsites have agreed the availability and provided a guide price.
None of the coach companies have replied so excursions have been estimated.
The exchange rate has not been fixed and is still in discussion with the AR finance team. An estimate of as realistic a price as possible has been made.
