Welcome to the 2017 rally book. I hope that you will find within these pages a rally to interest and inspire you to come along and join us. There are around 60 rallies for you to choose from in various parts of the country. Many of these rallies follow on, keeping the travelling costs between rallies to a minimum. You will see these rallies listed as such on the summary page.
If you have not rallied with us before, why not pop along and see who we are and what we do? I can assure you that you will have a great time and make new friends.
One of the highlights of the year is the fabulous Factory Rally held at Market Rasen Racecourse in May, another is the Cheltenham AGM rally in October, both with live entertainment.
There are many new locations and a number of overseas rallies in this year’s programme. The overseas rallies are usually announced in the Autumn edition of the club magazine and on the website and are usually filled shortly after announcement.
Don’t forget to check the club magazine and website at <www.atocuk.com> for any rally updates and additional rallies that may have been arranged after publication of this rally book. Your rally reports and photographs will be welcomed in the magazine or on the website picture gallery.
Please read the rally booking instructions overleaf to ensure you understand the changes with regard to rallies that require deposits, and display your 2017 Orange windscreen sticker when you attend rallies.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Sally Boswell for the immense amount of time and hard work she has put into formatting this rally book and John Cleave for the artwork. Last, but not least, Glen Perkins, your Rally Co-ordinator and the many hardworking and enthusiastic rally stewards.
Without them, there would be no rallies. Thank you all.
My best wishes to each and every one of you. Hope to see you on the rally field.
